Applications

The short application stores your name, email, how you heard about us, consent and submission time. When analytics is enabled, it also records the referral campaign associated with your visit. These records are accessible to the website owner, not other visitors. They are used to respond to your application and understand which referral channels are working. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The detailed intake opens separately in Google Forms. It is used for coaching intake and may collect health information. Please read the information supplied in that form before submitting. The short website form does not ask for injury details.

Basic website analytics

This site records page views, Apply clicks, application starts, successfully saved short applications and clicks through to the detailed intake. Analytics includes referral campaign labels, referring website domain, page path, time and random browser and session identifiers. It does not include your name, email, injury details, full referring URLs or query strings. Contact details are stored separately in the application record.

First-party cookies recognise a browser for up to 90 days and a session for 30 minutes of inactivity. Campaign attribution is kept for up to 90 days. We keep the first known source and latest identifiable source with an application. Visitors who block cookies or analytics may not be counted accurately. A saved short application is a separate milestone from submitting the detailed Google intake; this site cannot confirm the latter.

You can disable basic analytics below. The preference lasts for one year. Applications still work. Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out.

Storage and control

Website records are held using the hosted website's database infrastructure. The detailed intake is held through Google. These service providers may process information outside Australia. We do not publish application records or use advertising pixels on this site. Contact Calum to discuss retention or request removal of your information.
